  • National Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (NTRC): The NTRC has partnered with the Community Access Centre in funding the broadband connection and some needed Information and Communications Equipments for the centre over a set period through the Universal Service Fund (USF). This partnership will aid in achieving one of the mandates of the NTRC to: Undertake in conjunction with other institutions and entities where practicable, training, manpower planning, seminars and conferences in the areas of national and regional importance in telecommunications.
